April 8th

Hull Pirates have been crowned National Ice Hockey League Conference Champions following victory over Sheffield Steeldogs over two legs at the weekend.
The first leg in Sheffield finished 7-7 with the Pirates winning 6-2 last night.

April 6th

Hull Pirates will be looking to win the Northern Play-Off final this weekend. They take on arch-rivals Sheffield Steeldogs away from home tonight, before a return leg on Sunday. Pirates general manager Andre Payette says they want to pick up more silverware.

April 2nd

Hull Pirates will take on Sheffield Steeldogs home and away at the weekend, to decide who will win the Northern Play-offs.
They beat Whitley Warriors 17-6 on aggregate at the weekend to progress.  

March 29th

Hull Pirates are in the semi finals of the league play-offs this weekend. 
They take on Whitley Warriors tomorrow, before a return trip on Sunday.

Hull Pirates have made it safely past Sutton Sting the play-off quarter finals.
They backed up the 14-1 win at home on Saturday, with a 15-3 victory away last night. 
Next up is Whitley Warriors in the semis this weekend.

Hull's league winning ice hockey team says they hope to attract more fans next year.
Hull Pirates wrapped up the league title at the weekend, and begin their play-off campaign on Saturday.
Next season, they'll be playing in a new division comprised of teams from across the country, a step from their current northern league.
Player coach Jason Hewitt says: "The league's structure changing a little bit again next year, so going into that it's nice to be the top dogs of what we've been a part of this year.
"Off the ice has been built so much this year, we've had great fans, even for games that we're winning quite convincingly."

They won at Nottingham Lions 16-0 yesterday and beat Billingham Stars in Hull 14-1 on Saturday.

It was a good weekend for Hull Pirates, who remain top of the league after two wins against Solway Sharks.
They won 10-4 on the road on Saturday, before picking up a 9-5 win at home last night.

February 22nd

Hull Pirates are back in action tomorrow, when they travel to Solway Sharks, on Sunday, they'll welcome to same opposition to the Ice Arena.

Hull Pirates entertain Blackburn Hawks 1 on Saturday and go to Whitley Warriors on Sunday.

It was semi-final heartbreak for Hull Pirates who lost out to Sheffield Steeldogs in the North Cup.
It was 6-6 in regulation time, before the Steeldogs took the tie on penalty shots.
