Goole Town hope to make it two wins out of two when they face Bottesford Town tomorrow at home.

January 15th

Goole AFC have made another signing, with Chris Walton rejoining the club from Athersley Recreation.
Joint manager Matty Bloor says he's a winner, and a further boost to the squad.

January 14th

Goole Town picked up their first win since September on Saturday in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division. 
New signing Mo Hamid scored the only goal of the match against Albion Sports.
They're three points off safety, with Hall Road Rangers currently occupying the last safety spot. 
They lost 4-3 at home to Thackley.

January 11th

Goole AFC host Albion Sports in the league, with several new players added to the squad this week.
The latest who could make his debut at the weekend is Mo Hamid, who's signed from Handsworth Parramore.

January 10th

Leigh Hutchinson has returned to Goole AFC after a couple of seasons away from the club.
Joint manager Matty Bloor says Hutchinson will provide much-needed fire power upfront, as the team try to break a run of 10-straight defeats.

January 9th

There's been several changes at Goole AFC, with Danny Buttle returning to the club as player coach.
They've also signed keeper James Hitchcock from East Yorkshire Carnegie and John Lock from Bristol Manor Farm.
Chris Ovington has left the club.

January 7th

Goole AFC suffered another loss at the weekend - going down 3-0 at Bridlington Town.

December 28th

Goole AFC's new managers have vowed to give it everything they have to keep the team in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
Matty Bloor takes charge along with Terry Barwick with the side having only won twice in the league this season.
The side face Maltby Main tomorrow.

December 27th

Terry Barwick and Matty Bloor have been appointed as the new joint managers of Goole Town AFC. 
They replace Phil Sharpe and Nigel Emery, who are staying to support the new management duo. Goole Town are currently bottom of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.

December 24th

Goole AFC lost 4-1 at home to Knaresborough Town at the weekend. 

December 17th

Goole remain bottom of the table after losing 1-0 to Athersley Recreation 

December 4th

Goole Town's home derby match against fourth-placed Bridlington Town tonight has been postponed. Owing to issues with the floodlights at the Victoria Pleasure Grounds,  the Northern Counties East League fixture will be rescheduled.


Goole AFC play host to Bridlington Town in the league.
Goole are yet to win a league game at home this season.

December 3rd

Goole AFC lost 4-1 at home against Garforth Town.

November 26th

Goole AFC lost 5-1 for the second successive game, this time to Thackley Town in the league.

It's a bottom of the table clash for Goole tomorrow, when they host third from bottom Thackley.

Goole AFC have dropped to the bottom of the Northern Counties East League, Premier Division after a heavy defeat last night.
They went down 5-1 at Hemsworth Miners Welfare, making it eight games without a win.

November 20th

Goole AFC are in league action tonight with a trip to Hemsworth Miners Welfare.
Currently second from bottom, Goole are looking to break a run of 7 games without a win.

November 19th

Goole AFC went down 5-0 at Eccleshill United.

Goole AFC return to league action this Saturday against Eccleshill United.
They're currently second bottom of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.

Goole AFC were beaten 1-0 by Swallownest in the third round of the league cup last night.

Goole AFC picked up a point in the league, drawing 2-2 away at Harragote Railway.

A Marcus Edwards double and goals from Steve Jeff and Chris Ovington gave Goole only their second league win of the season.

A victory will take Goole off the bottom of the table.
