East Yorkshire businesses are being urged to sign a pledge to support the way they think and act about mental health in the workplace.
The scheme's a collaboration between Hull and East Yorkshire MIND and Hull City Council.
It comes as the country marks Time To Talk Day, which encourages residents to start the conversation about mental health.
Natalie Norton, from HEY Mind, says staff will be in Hull, Beverley, Withernsea and Hessle raising awareness.
She says: "Even though one in four of us are affected by mental health problems, it's still such a hugely stigmatised topic. So Time To Talk Day is about reducing that stigma in a really accessible way just by starting that conversation."
