Four men have been arrested on suspicion of numerous offences after concerns were raised from staff at a service station in South Cave.
A man was seen acting in an anti-social manner and making suspicious comments with concerns for his safety.
Officers were called and the man and three others were arrested in connection with possession with intent to supply a class A drug, money laundering and theft.
A police statement says: "Officers were deployed, and following a short investigation the man and three others from Hull aged 25, 27, 35, and 40 were arrested in connection with an array of offences.
"They included possession with intent to supply a class A drug, money laundering, possessing a class B drug, theft and driving offences.
"They've been released under investigation."
