The Communication Workers' Union will lead a protest in Beverley over changes to the main Post Office.
A demonstration's being held in Beverley today over plans to move the town's main Post Office.
The public has a month to have their say on plans to close the facility on Register Square and open up in WH Smith in Toll Gavel.
Beverley Labour's George McManus is among those involved in today's Communication Workers Union event. He says:
"It's very busy, very well used. People have difficulty enough getting access to the town centre but if it's relocated into the pedestrian precinct, we think access problems would be even worse."
The Post Office say it's natural communities may have concerns and that the consultation is the chance for customers to give their feedback.
