The Hull community have been hailed for helping Police in the search for missing Libby Squire.

Police have paid tribute to what they describe as the incredible support of the community in Hull, as they continue searching for missing student Libby Squire.

The 21 year old vanished a week ago from the Beverley Road area.

Detectives continue to question a 24 year old man and were given an extra 36 hours by the courts earlier today.

An appeal for information will be displayed on 20 digital screens in the main shopping areas of Hull City Centre this weekend.

Hull Community Church on Newland Avenue is inviting people to a prayer vigil on Sunday morning. They're also asking the public to donate to a collection, to help the Squire family.
