They say the new fleet will offer a different travelling experience.
The boss of Hull Trains says the eagerly-awaited fleet of new trains, coming at the end of this year, will offer a completely different travelling experience.
Managing director Louise Cheeseman says "these are five state-of-the-art trains that have 30% more capacity, their much bigger, much lighter and much faster, the first class is much bigger, have wifi through-out and at-seats sockets."
The company has been forced to cancel numerous services because of broken-down trains over the last year.
Louise added "it's been heartbreaking for all of us, we know some of our customers have fallen out of love with us."
