Crackdown on drivers who block dropped kerbs

Fines will be issued by East Riding Council where motorists block pedestrian crossings.

Motorists in the East Riding will risk a 70-pound fine, if they block pedestrian crossings when parking. The council's launching a campaign, calling on drivers to be more considerate, and avoid leaving cars where there are dropped kerbs.
