A Beverley dad says talking is the key to suicide prevention and tackling poor mental health.
Dennis Graham gives talks across East Yorkshire, encouraging people to not be afraid to ask "what's wrong" if they suspect something isn't right.
It's after his son, Matthew, took his own life aged just 17.
Over 3,500 students across the region have listened to Dennis' story.
He hopes it's made a difference: "I have not had one dirsuptive young person in all the talks that we've done. They sit and they listen and they go away in their peer groups and they discuss it. Sadly we have no idea if we're doing any good whatsoever, we just have to hope."
