Rosie is a Yorkshire lass, who hails from Halifax. She started her working career as a model but this was short lived when she discovered pies! She’s dabbled in many aspects of performing from playing Dick Whittington in professional panto to a VERY small part in Shameless….literally blink and you miss her.
Being the tall bird she is, at 6ft 2” it is no surprise that Rosie’s a bit of a sporty lass and plays a mean game of netball. (Yes you’ve guessed it…she’s a goalkeeper!)
Rosie’s radio career started on reception at Galaxy FM. Very soon people realised she made dreadful coffee and would be put to better use filling in the co-presenter role on the Breakfast show.
Rosie is loving living the Hull life and is excited to be presenting her own shows on KCFM 99.8, including her crucial role at showing up Steve Jordan each morning!

depending on what mood I’m in.

What's your most embarrassing moment on air?
When I was locked in the studio on mi’ tod by my lovely co-hosts in my first EVER week on air. It just consisted of me laughing and shouting “oh lord I’m gonna wee myself, where’s the off switch!?” …the thing is, I haven’t improved much since then!
Which is your song at karaoke?
"Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen… karaoke at its best, you try singing that by yourself after a few shandies
What's your biggest fashion mistake?
A rain mate! I still stand by the opinion that those bad boys are coming back in fashion!
What would go in your Room 101?
Koi Carp! Why spend a fortune on these over inflated goldfish? Simply peel large carrots and chuck them into your pond, same effect at a fraction of the cost. Sorted!
What's your perfect night out?
Johnny Depp turning up on my doorstep and…..sorry did this have to be realistic?
Most annoying habit?
Vegetarianism, not really a habit but people do get annoyed by it
