  I have some sympathy for Sam Heywood.  Good for her!    She did a 5k run around East Park in Hull on Saturday morning but I hear she is suffering a little.  Well actually quite a lot!  Obviously inspired by our recent Zumba and Thai Box sessions she's decided to get fitter.  

   

  I've recommended E45 as a good way of soothing the chaffing but she's not at all interested.

  Happy St george's Day!  I think I've worked out why we don't celebrate the day like other parts of the United Kingdom.  In Ireland for St Patricks Day they celebrate with a stout.  In Wales for St Davids Day they celebrate with a leek.  In Scotland for St Patricks Day they enjoy a haggis.  What do we eat or drink? Nothing!  Let us know this morning what we should eat or drink to celebrate.  Don't say cixder ... I can't stand the stuff.
