Year six pupils gained a combined result of over eighty percent in English and Maths

Primary schools in the East Riding have achieved their best ever Key Stage 2 results.

Year six pupils gained a combined result of over eighty percent in both English and Maths and level five results increased by ten percent.

Children in the East Riding perform above the national average and are second highest in the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber.
