People in Goole are being asked for their views on major plans to improve transport across the North of England.
Transport bosses will be in the town today outlining what their proposals means for Goole and the East Riding.
It's claimed the improvements will boost the economy by £100 billion and create an extra 850,000 jobs by 2050.
Jonathan Spruce from Transport for the North explains one area that's being looked at.
He says: "It's understanding how we can move more freight movement onto the rail network. How we can get more out of the quite extensive rail network in the East Riding towards the Humber ports and remove freight traffic from the roads which gives extra benefits then I think for other people making longer distance who have to use their cars."
