Funding boost for the Humber

£30m from Regional Growth Fund

More than 1,000 new jobs could be created in the Humber, thanks to a £30m grant from the Government.

The Humber Local Enterprise Partnership says around £20m will be used to help local businesses expand, while a further £10m will support the area's renewables industry.

Humber LEP hopes it'll generate millions of pounds for the local economy.
