The Save our Surgery campaign has now applied to the High Court for permission for a judicial review

The fight to save Yorkshire's only childrens heart surgery unit is continuing.

The Save our Surgery campaign has now applied to the High Court for permission for a judicial review, to prevent the closure of the Leeds centre.

Children's Heart Surgery Fund Director, Sharon Cheng says:

"It's looking like it would be a fresh consultation and we hope it can be handled in a more robust and transparent manner and that Leeds will have the opportunity to have its case heard yet again".
