The latest challenge from Hull 2017 has come under criticism.
They're encouraging people to challenge their perceptions about disabled people, and "take the dis out of disability".
Disability Rights Campaigner, Shona Cobb says that in theory it's a good idea but it doesn't work.
She says: "It's just the wording they use. It gives out the idea that being disabled is bad. It takes away a lot of the identity that people connect with disability.
"People assume that disability is a bad thing, when that's not the truth at all. By taking out the dis part that's the idea that you're giving out."
"However the Choices and Rights Disability say the idea is part of an equality rights campaign.
"They say the aim is to get people to see the person and not the disability."
