Bridlington's Area Action plan gets approval for next stage
The regeneration of the town and the marina are all outlined
Bridlington's Area Action plan has been approved by the Government Inspector.
The AAP will lead the regeneration of the town centre and marina.
Head of Bridlington Renaissance John Lister explains what happens next.
"I prepare a report and recommend this to the full council for adoption of the area action plan as planning policy for the council, then if we achieve that as planning policy we prepare an outline planning application for the town centre and then look to disposal of areas of land in the town for development."
