ABP applies for funds to support Siemens development

The company is in dicusssions with the European Investment Bank for two corporate loans

ABP has applied for funds to support the proposed Siemens development on the Humber.

The company is in dicusssions with the European Investment Bank for two corporate loans totalling around one hundred and twenty five million pounds.

Part of the money will be used to redevelop Alexandra Dock in East Hull, to accomodate the wind turbine processing plant Siemens are planning to build.

Final confirmation for the factory is expected early next year.
