The Hull and East Riding Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare Partnership is a progressive and innovative service where Genitourinary Medicine (GuMed), Family Planning and Community Gynaecology, Social Service, non-statutory and voluntary services work together to offer a holistic service in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Hull and East Riding have integrated their Sexual Health Reproductive health services to ensure that you receive the best care, advice and treatment. Using this site will enable you to find the service nearest you that suits your needs.

You are not alone, we are here to help.
The main base or hub, Conifer, is located in Hull city centre, on the 4th floor of The Wilberforce Health Centre (6-10 Story Street). Due to the wide range of services provided, the reason for accessing the building remains confidential.
Many services do not need an appointment, so young people may access the service when they visit the city centre.
Conifer House provides a friendly, professional, non-judgemental and confidential service .
There are also a number of services in the Partnership located throughout Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
The aims of the Partnership are:
• To reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies, particularly in teenagers
• To reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted infections, particularly chlamydia
• To reduce HIV infection

What to expect on arrival

All patients should go directly to Floor 4, main reception Area for registration.
You will be asked if you have attended before. If you have, you will be asked to wait whilst we will retrieve your case notes and a nurse will see you as soon as possible
If you have not been before, you will be asked to fill in a registration card, this will be held confidentially within the clinic and will not be passed outside the service. You will be asked for your post code and GP. This information is essential.
The nurse will deal with most of your needs, if necessary, you may be seen and treated by a doctor.
